Is it me or is the amount of litter and grafitti on the estate increasing? Maybe we need more bins around the walk ways (and people/children encouranged to use them!)

Or perhaps some local policing and littering prosecutions. My own particular bete noir is discarded chewing gum. Next time you go to the shops just look under your feet! This totally disgusting practice is a complete abomination.
